Complete ELISA kits to measure serum levels of type II collagen
antibody are available. These ELISA kits have been developed to
minimize non-specific reactions caused by serum components (see references 3
& 4). A standard
kit with one species of type II collagen will measure 80 samples
for the rat or mouse kit and 40 samples for the human kit. Each kit
contains a reference standard. Customized kits to measure antibody
levels to various species of type I and type II collagen can be
ordered.
