Arthrogen-CIA^® Capture ELISA Kit to Detect Native Type II Collagen

Capture ELISA kit # 6009 measures native type II collagen using a cocktail of Arthrogen-CIA^® biotinylated monoclonal antibodies which cross-react to various species of type II collagen such as chicken, mouse, rat, bovine, monkey, and human type II collagen. This kit is designed to quantify type II collagen from most species in cell and/or tissue culture or from tissue homogenates. Each kit contains a standard species of type II collagen and all necessary reagents, buffers, and an ELISA plate to measure 80 samples.
