Collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and collagen antibody-induced arthritis (CAIA) are mediated by complement fixable IgG autoantibodies to type II collagen and have been used as models for rheumatoid arthritis (RA).  Chondrex provides all necessary reagents for CIA and CAIA in addition to various antibody assay kits for experimental research.
